Suda51: No More Wii for No More Heroes

Suda 51, creator behind No More Heroes, revealed in an interview with Edge that he wants to continue the series without the Nintendo Wii.
In some interesting news, Suda 51, creator behind such titles as Killer 7 and No More Heroes has revealed that after this years upcoming No More Heroes: Desperate Struggle, which is exclusive to the Wii, the No More Heroes series will go in another direction, leaving the Wii behind in its laser beamed wake.
"I think this is the last NMH that is going to be developed on Wii," Suda said. "To expand NMH to new possibilities, we need a new platform. Wii is a great platform, but we've done everything we can with it now."
Recently, Suda commented on how he felt Project Natal was the next big thing for gaming. "Hardware-wise, it was all about Project Natal," said Suda post E3. And, considering the original No More Heroes was planned to be a 360 title, a departure towards Natal doesn't seem so far fetched.
While sad news for Wii owners in the future, Suda still has high hopes for No More Heroes: Desperate Struggle:
"I really want to make NMH a big franchise," Suda said, "and with this second episode have bigger success."
Perhaps in the future, players on other consoles can get to experience the fun that is No More Heroes.

I don't mind, I have a Wii and a Xbox 360 so if I still get more No More Heroes titles on one of those, I'll be happy.

Good news for me since I own both a Wii and 360. In fact, kind of happy Suda is taking the series to a new platform.

ok once again i say how the hell is the Wii a "kiddie" system. Just look at madworld and the conduit those are Wii only titles. And a game dosnt have to have blood, gore, and sex for it to be a good game.

Xbox is doing great! Activision possibly leaving PS3, and No More Heroes probably leaving Wii! Wow!
However, I also own a Wii, so either way, hooray for me1
