Call Of Duty Modern Warfare Reflex Edition-Wii.
I just beat this game a couple days ago and I'm still coming back for more. Great visuals, great sound, and a kick ass story.
I played the first time thorugh on Medium and it was easy as hell. I am now playing on hard and it is sort of challenging. I can beat almost every level on hard except the one where you have to get that Captain Macmillan or whatever out of that place. It always pisses me off waiting for the helicopter cause he is crippled and gets blown up and survives, and then there's me with full use of my legs getting knifed by some jackass. Anyway I will try and beat that level today maybe I will have better luck.
The Story
The story is great. Not awesome but great. The characters in particular are what makes this game so great. Some are funny and others are serious. (Well you pretty much have to have both traits in war.) My favorite character I'd have to say is Soap Mactavish cause he is just a rookie but in the end turns out to be a hero.
Gameplay
The gameplay is great. Sometimes the grenade danger indicator doesn't show up but I don't really mind that. What's really fun is: Knifing people, and snapping dogs necks. If only they went one step further and let you eviscerate people. One of the things I really like about this game is when you die it shows yiu famous war quotes and some of them bring you down a few. For example; The first time I died it said something like: Heroes don't rush into battle. (Something along those lines.) It was sort of depressing because I ran towards group of guys with no ammo just my trusty knife.
Another fun thing about the game is killing your own guys. I know it sounds horrible but when they get you killed because they won't move and there is a grenade right at your feet you have no choice but to get revenge on them when you come back alive. I also like the Night Vision Goggles and their explosive weapons. The javelin is so damn fun to shoot and also the stinger. I wish you didn't have to lock on though, then it would never stop showing the: Friendly Fire Will Not Be Tolerated message.
Weapons
I am happy to say that this game has a good variety of weapons. Everything from Handguns, to shotguns, to machineguns, to friggin RPG's this game's got them all. My all time personal favorite 2 are the: .50 Caliber Sniper Rifle, and the......... Knife! Someday you will be able to throw it at people. I also love the machinegun with the laser pointer and the Grenadier.
Conclusion
Well this game definately deserves 5 stars. Great experience, great visuals, great sound/ voice acting, and a one hell of a kick ass game. If you have any of the same opinions I do or just wanna bash me please leave a comment.

A Long Overdue Collection
I was very excited when Data East Arcade Classics was announced. At long last, I would be able to relive two of my all-time favorite arcade games: Burger Time, and Magical Drop III. Two days ago, my disc finally arrived. With great anticipation, I opened and played the game.
The user interface was relatively standard - no fancy animated buttons, no fireworks to play each time you hover over a button - just simple "choose game, play game" functionality. It was quite intuitive and permitted me to jump into the game quickly.
I was happy to see that all of my favorites were there. Some of these games I had forgotten about: Bad Dudes vs. Dragon Ninja, Joe & Mac (in the pack it had the title "Caveman Ninja", probably due to licensing restrictions), and Wizard Fire (I remembered playing this a long time ago, and thought I'd never see it again! It's an unsung classic). In addition, you get Burger Time and Magical Drop III (two of my all-time favorites), Burnin' Rubber (Bump 'n' Jump), Peter Pepper's Ice Cream Factory (a challenging sequel to Burger Time), Express Raider, Super Real Darwin, Side Pocket, Crude Buster, Secret Agent, Heavy Barrel, Lock 'n' Chase (probably the weakest game in the pack), and Street Slam - for a total of 15 games.
To enhance the experience, the developers added five goals to each game. Completing the goals permits you to unlock features, such as images in the gallery, music tracks to play, or special game play modes which raise the difficulty of the standard games, effectively giving you 30 games. The game also permits you to save your high scores, and associate Mii's with your high scores.
The pack had a few weaknesses. For one thing, the music is kind of tinny - I'm not sure how much that has to do with the original sounds, which after all were made on relatively unsophisticated hardware. I would have liked it if the pack had some kind of autosave, or if it at least prompted you to save your game when you were finished (if you don't, you lose all of your progress - including high scores and achievements). Just remember to periodically save your progress and you'll be okay.
How high should I rate this? Well the primary reason for buying Data East Arcade Classics is to relive a good collection of classic games. The emulation was spot-on, and the choice of games was excellent - though it could have been better. Perhaps they're withholding some titles for a part two? (Hint: I need Karate Champ and Karnov!)
Overall, this game gets a 9.0 / 10.

Galaxy 2 is pretty damn good.
Basically, a 9.5 out of 10.
I really hate comparing Galaxy 2 to its predecessor, but I'll have to anyway. Galaxy 2 brings back classic 2-D maps to access the various galaxies. While I miss the large hub-world from the first Galaxy, the new set-up is streamlined and makes it far easier to quickly go between worlds and the galaxies within them. I was unsatisfied with the story; Obviously, Mario games never focus on anything beyond the princess being kidnapped, but after Rosalina's heartwarming backstory in Galaxy 1, I was expecting some kind of continuation of the story, or at least more development of Rosalina's character. Instead, we got some kind of alternate timeline with little story of any kind..... but then again, it shouldn't be surprising to me. Galaxy 2 was supposed to deliver even more innovative and fun concepts to the gameplay experience, and it certainly succeeded in that respect.
Besides the lacking story, Galaxy 2 gets everything right- creative, fun worlds, spot-on gravity mechanics, and new elements such as the use of Yoshi. It's hard to deny that the game is fun as hell, and the difficulty is increased (somewhat) since the first Galaxy. The new Mario forms (Cloud Mario and the boulder form) fit well with the other power-ups, but particularly Cloud Mario, which I think is genius. Yoshi is used well throughout the game, and he even has power-ups of his own that add an interesting twist. The swimming mechanics are still a bit wonky (in my opinion, anyway), but thankfully, there are far less underwater levels than in the first Galaxy. One gripe I have is the comet medals- if you miss one of them in a level, you have to complete the level all over again and grab the coin in order to keep it. It would have been more convenient if you could have just grabbed the comet medal and then exit the galaxy in order to earn the medal, but, then again, I don't mind playing those beautiful levels over again. The co-op is also improved, so that the second player can help you take out enemies and pick up items, and whatnot.
As always, the music is superb, the graphics are some of the best on the Wii, and getting to 100% will keep you playing for a while. Despite some minor complaints, it seems that Mr. Miyamoto has once again produced a wonderful gaming experience that is a hell of a lot of fun. Now, it's time for me to get back to some more Galaxy 2. =)

AC:CF is a great game for all the Animal Crossing fans, it features not only semi-classic gameplay but loads of new features than its previous installments.
Its one of those games where you don't want to cheat, I am a huge cheater myself but I cant find it in me to cheat on this game, its real time system makes the game challenging and fun.
Found it brand new at one of my gamestops for $19.99 so this site has it wrong. And I definatly reccomend it. Great game

Decent Game
LoZ:TP is a good game but takes a little while to actually get into the good stuff, much like its 2 predecessors LoZ:OOT and LoZ:MM.
The Controls with the numchuck and wii mote are really nice but takes some getting used to if you first played with a GC controller. The game's severity in action is like a scale from 1-10
1 being the lowest form of interest. the is like 1-3 at the beginning and then 5-7 near the middle then 8-10 at the end.
But really a good game defintly a recomended game for all LoZ fans

Fun game, plain and simple
Love this game. It's easy to pick up and play right away, but still provides challenges to complete. I have a friend who is as picky as can be and usually discards games after playing for only a day or two, but she's played this one months and continues to enjoy it. The graphics aren't that sophisticated, and the gameplay is fairly linear, but it is still fun. When you die, you just come back to life in the same spot with a less upgrade-money, which is a pretty minor penalty as you can easily purchase every upgrade by the end of the game. So there is no frustrating replaying of scenes from dying.
The multiplayer is really fun. You can't hurt each other, only the bad guys, so you can all go around pounding on your enemies with impunity. You have many characters to play around with as the game progresses, and you should try them all, as they all have different audio that's pretty funny. I found the best secondary characters were Black Cat and Venom, because they have the ability to pick up things to throw from a distance (with the Black Cat's "Claw" and Venom's web respectively), which is very useful and makes the two characters similar to SpiderMan. Otherwise, you may find the person playing Spidey will be snatching all the goodies before you can.
One improvement they could have made would be to add different levels of difficulty for those players that really want a challenge, as it does get pretty easy to play over time. Definitely one of the best Wii games out there in the adventure genre.

Animal Crossing City Folk Review
Animal Crossing City Folk is a very, very good game. I have not played the first two enough to know some experience with the series, but even if I did, I can still tell you that City Folk will satisfy you all year.
Not only that, but the game is practically all year. There is special events that happen in the game like the real world, and even when your not playing the game is still continuing. There are some minor problems, though. If your someone who does not play in the day that much, and play rather in the night, most stores in the game close by 9,10, or 11 pm. So that's something they could have fixed, except for Nook n' Go and Redd's Store, they are open pretty late. But all aside, you will have a fantastic time with the game.
